The SMARTIE project supports the integration, development, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within European higher education institutions. The project aims to develop strategies, resources, and approaches that can help universities integrate AI responsibly into teaching, learning, assessment, and course development.
To ensure that these results reach relevant audiences, the University of Malaga has developed a Dissemination Action Strategy, with contributions from all SMARTIE partners. The strategy guides how SMARTIE’s activities, resources, and results will be communicated to different target groups, including students, academics, and researchers.
As part of the strategy, ACEEU developed the dissemination plan for sharing project results with universities in Europe. Drawing on its experience in university engagement, ACEEU identified suitable communication channels and designed dissemination approaches through which the project results could be shared with higher education institutions.
The strategy also establishes a set of key performance indicators to assess the reach and effectiveness of the project’s communication activities. These indicators will help the consortium monitor whether the results are reaching the intended audiences and contributing to greater awareness and use.
