The Start-DSP Business Model Assessment Tool Is Now Live and Ready to Use!

We're excited to announce that the Start-DSP Business Model Assessment Tool is now live and ready to use! This free interactive tool helps entrepreneurs, students, and educators reflect on the strengths and improvement areas of their business idea by evaluating its digital, sustainable, financial, and strategic foundations.

The assessment evaluates your concept across four essential dimensions: digital readiness, sustainability, profitability, and strategic potential. It's built on three recognised European competence frameworks (DigiComp, GreenComp, and EntreComp), ensuring a comprehensive and well-grounded approach to business model evaluation.

Once you complete the assessment, you'll receive an automatically generated personalised feedback report that includes a maturity level for each thematic area, explanatory feedback to help you interpret your results, and practical guidance on how to develop your concept further. The tool isn't designed to judge or rank ideas. Instead, it provides development-oriented insights that can support learning, mentoring conversations, and early-stage business model refinement.

Whether you're a student exploring a new venture, an aspiring founder testing your concept, a participant in an entrepreneurship programme, or an educator working with start-ups, this tool is built for you. It takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes to complete, all responses are confidential, and it's entirely free.

Take the assement now!

Don't forget that your feedback is really valuable for us!

Complete this form if you want to help us improve!
